We were happy to settle in for 3 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn in Harrisburg, PA. A nice, large room, reliable internet and pleasant staff made for a comfortable stay.
Hershey, PA
Today we visited the Hershey Story, a museum dedicated to telling the story of Milton Hershey's rags to riches life and how he transformed chocolate from a luxury to an everyday treat.
In the Chocolate Lab, we learned all about where cocoa beans come from.
And which ingredients are used to make dark, milk and white chocolate.
Then we donned our aprons and hairnets and proceeded to make our own chocolate bars!
Yum!
A very fun day!!
