Today was a work day for me. I set myself up at this great workstation in our suite and happily worked all the day long.
As for Denis, he bundled up for the brisk weather and set out to explore the expansive scenes waiting just for him in this wonderland of Maine. Every view was worthy of appearing in a new piece of art.

Happy Hour on the Road...
After a productive day for both of us, we christened our anniversary gift from Bar Harbor.
Located right next door to the Belfast Inn was a magical place called the Belfast Coop Store.
The aroma as we walked in to the market was healthy and wholesome and yummy. We made up our minds immediately that we would dine in tonight with take-out from their cafe.
It felt like home to be having our meal in our cozy nook in our suite. And the simple fare reminded us of the rustic vegetarian meals we have come to love.
Vegan Walnut & Oat Burgers topped with Soy Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion on a Barowsky's Wheat Bun.
Fresh Fruit Salad.
Tri-colored tortilla chips with spicy hot salsa for dipping.
